February 9^th – PTSA Meeting

General Membership Meeting 6:30 – 7:00pm
Speakers @ 7:00pm

Calling all 7th grade parents! (And 6th grade parents are also welcome to listen in advance) Come learn what your 7th graders will be learning in science class about Adolescent Development, as part of the 7th grade curriculum. Lincoln Science teachers will present an overview of what your students will be learning. This is your opportunity to hear and ask questions of your students' teachers. 6:30 - PTA general membership meeting 7:00 - Lincoln 7th Grade Science Teachers Present the Adolescent Development Curriculum

March 17th 2012 -Silent / Live Auction

Please save the date for Lincoln's adult only school fundraiser, the Lincoln Lounge - March 17, 2012. Tickets are on sale for $50.00 on the PTSA website BUY NOW Sponsorships are available in a range of amounts so please considering donating. DONATE Although we have lots of great donations and packages, we still need live and silent auction items. We really need restaurant donations so if you have a favorite haunt, please consider asking them to donate a dinner for two or four. The auction form is also on line. AUCTION In addition to the auction items, we have some great parties for sale. There is something for everyone - a kid's pool party, a margarita party, a vision board workshop, a tea party and an urban landscape workshop just to name a few. Look for these parties to presell on the website on March 1^st! So solicit, donate, attend, volunteer and support your school!

Drama - Spring Musical

Even if your child isn't in drama club this year, they may want to be next year. This is one time when you can say yes to more drama in your life.

Lincoln Yearbook
The LMS yearbook is in need of more student pictures! Could you please help us round up some more photos of students? The attached flier explains how parents/students can upload personal pictures (from trips, summer break, sports, other activities inside or outside of school) to the yearbook website for possible inclusion in the Yearbook. Lincoln Gatekeepers Opportunity
We have an opening for an alternating shift and we could REALLY use some SUB assistance.This is a fun – 2 hour shift, where you sit at the front gate on 15^thand California and sign guests in.Take some reading, bills etc.Spend some quiet time cleaning out your purse as well as helping secure the front gate.
